Our Story
Tracy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of nursing experience across primary care, geriatrics, women’s health, hospice, and home-based care. She shifted her focus to psychiatry where she can combine her curiosity for people’s stories with her drive to support others through empathy, education, and partnership.
Tracy founded The Inner Mosaic to reimagine what psychiatric care can feel like. Based in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, her practice is grounded in the belief that mental health support should be collaborative, transparent, and tailored to each individual. She takes a whole-person approach, considering sleep, nutrition, physical health, hormone balance, and emotional well-being in every care plan.
With a special focus on ADHD, anxiety, women’s mental health, OCD, and mood disorders, Tracy works with adults and young adults to help them feel more seen, understood, and empowered. Whether clients prefer in-person sessions in her Denver office or virtual visits, they receive thoughtful, evidence-based care designed to fit their lives.
Tracy is a Texas native who’s been visiting Colorado for over 40 years. She is excited to live in Denver with husband, their son, and their three pets. Outside of her practice, she finds joy in hiking, family laughter, and chasing beautiful views across the country
