The Inner Mosaic is a fee-for-service business, meaning we are considered "out of network.” While we do not take insurance as payment, there are insurance companies that reimburse for our services. If you would like a direct reimbursement from your insurance company, we will provide you with a detailed receipt after each session. The Inner Mosaic is not responsible for any conversations or claims between the patient and the insurance provider. Keep in mind if you have an insurance plan with a high deductible, you will most likely have to pay out of pocket until you meet the deductible.
Initial assessment, diagnosis, and medication evaluation: $350
Follow Up Appointments: $149
Payment is due at the time of appointment. We accept major credit cards.
In most cases, adults/adolescents receive an assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan options during the first visit.
We treat ages 16 - 55. But in some cases do make exceptions.
As Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), we provide a similar service as psychiatrists. We assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for our patients, dependent on their needs. As nurses, caring is at the forefront of everything we do. We use evidence and empathy to create treatment plans that are personalized, effective, and transparent.
At our office, we choose not to provide therapy. Several therapists in the area are highly skilled, whereas there are few psychiatry-related providers. As psychiatric care providers, we feel that we can best serve our patients through our evidence-based approach to medication prescribing and management. We genuinely care for our patients and want to see each one feel better and graduate from our practice. If you need a recommendation for a therapist, let us know. We would love to connect you with a therapist we trust.
Yes, we see patients in person and virtually.
